INSURICA is an independently owned insurance brokerage head quartered in Oklahoma City and during his time as CEO the business has grown from $6million in revenue to $125million in the present day.

They now have another ambitious growth plan to achieve $225million by 2025 and are already on the road to achieving it.

It appears important to Mike, to not just grow for growth’s sake, but to build a business with customer and community right at the heart of it. They also use technology to truly meet the needs of their customers and have developed a value proposition which means they can relate, communicate and interact with customers in the medium that best serves them, which is a great example of technology and culture working hand in hand to provide great service to clients.
