We are delighted to be joined by Steven Risk, Managing Director of specialist broker, Coleman Marine, who shares with us how he has managed a business being acquired on two separate occasions.
Steven was the CEO of Coleman Marine as it was acquired by Stackhouse Poland and then by Gallagher. He gives us a great insight into managing the business through these acquisitions and shares how focussing on the staff and clients led to the acquisitions being a success for both them and the acquirers.
In this interview, Steven goes on to urge Insurance Business Leaders to lose their egos and treat people with respect when building their business and advises aspiring executives to strive to be the very best people they can be.
