He also advocates taking 100% responsibility for your own career development and advancement by committing to self-improvement so you can attain those roles that will interest you and progress your career.
Carl feels that his biggest successes have been the next generation of leaders he has brought through under him, who have gone to become Presidents of businesses in their own right.
